Who we are looking for
FloDivinas Dance Entertainment is a women-led company in Naples, Florida. We perform cultural and themed dance shows at weddings, galas, corporate events and quinceañeras across Southwest Florida, from Hora Loca and samba to flamenco, belly dance, Polynesian, Cuban cabaret and fire.
Our cast is co-ed, and we welcome women and men at every level, from experienced professionals to dancers ready to step onto their first stage.
- Dancers. Samba, flamenco, belly dance, Polynesian, Cuban cabaret, salsa and Latin styles.
- Specialty performers. Fire and flow-arts performers and LED performers.
- Musicians and characters. Drummers and percussionists, greeters and costumed characters.
- Behind the scenes. Choreographers, dance instructors, event assistants and stage managers.

Do I need professional experience?
No. Tell us your training and what you want to learn. We look for skill, attitude and reliability.
Do you hire men and women?
Yes. Our cast is co-ed, and our Fusion Rhythm productions feature women and men performing together.
Where do performers work?
At events across Southwest Florida, including Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island, Sarasota, Sanibel, Punta Gorda, Lehigh Acres and Venice.
